  • Deposit

    After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us with the deposit conditions via email.


    We charge 30 % of the total price (*local rates excluded).

  • General cancellation conditions

    Cancellation and Cancellation Fee

    - Free of charge cancellation is possible until one month before your arrival.

    - Cancelling the reservation 4 weeks to 1 week prior to the arrival is charged by 70% of the total price. 

    - Cancelling the reservation within less than a week prior to the arrival is charged by 90% of the total price.

    - No-show is fully charged (100% of the total price).


  • All-expenses

    The all-expenses offer includes all meals (breakfast, lunchtime snack, six-course dinner), drinks from our juice stand, coffee/tea varieties found at the buffet, and spring water from our own well.


    * Our all-expenses offer excludes alcoholic drinks and drinks ordered at the restaurant or at our cocktail lounge.


  • Payment

    Payment on site can be made in cash, by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

  • Booking

    You can either book online, 

    via phone (0043 4732 2350)

    or via email (info@trebesingerhof.at).


    If you book online, we need a credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) for insurance purposes. Note: The card will only be charged if there is a cancellation.

    If you book directly, you get a booking confirmation describing the deposit terms (30 % of total price).


  • Check In/Check Out

    Our rooms are available at 04:00 pm the latest and at the day of departure, the check-out for the rooms is at 10:00 am the latest.


    If the room is not checked-out at 10:00 am, an additional day is charged.


    For available early check-ins or late check-outs, contact us via phone or email, please. This way, you may book an early check-in or a late check-out.


    If your arrival is after 08:00 pm, contact us via phone, please.

  • Early Check In

    Do you want your booked room ready at 08:30 am? The early check-in is charged with € 20,- per adult (check availability for this option in advance, please).

    Early Check in (breakfast included)

    35,00 € per adult


    Early Check in (breakfast & lunch included)

  • Late Check Out

    Enjoy all amenities and book a late check-out until 06:00 pm. A late check-out is charged with € 30,- per adult

    (*excludes dinner; check availability for this option, please).


    Late Check out without dinner:

    € 30,00 per adult (children free)


    Late Check out - dinner included:

    € 45,00 per adult (children free)

  • Single Bedroom

    Double room "Josef"can be booked as single bedroom.


    Booking a room as a single bedroom is charged with an additional fee. Children are excluded from additional charges.


  • Short-Term Stay

    Short-term stays (1-3 nights) are possible and charged with € 30,- per adult and night. Children are excluded from additional fees.

  • Meal times

    Breakfast 

    07:30 am – 10:30 am


    Lunchtime snack & coffee & pies 

    01:00 pm – 03:00 pm


    Dinner 

    05:45 pm – 08:00 pm


  • Smokers

    We are a non-smoker hotel. We have a non-smoking policy in our rooms. However, smokers may use the balconies (balcony door must be closed). Also, you find smoking areas with ashtrays outdoors.

  • Travel insurance

    We recommend taking out a travel insurance. Find one at the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
